# Merchant Users

The Merchant Users report lists all the Merchant's authorized users on Subscribe.

**Note:** The report may show incorrect status for merchant users that use identity providers to login to the Portal.

* Merchants using Vindicia IDP, can view user status in the Vindicia IDP Care Console.
* Merchants using external Identity providers, such as OKTA or MS Azure, can check user status in their respective IDP Portals.

**To generate a one time report:**

1. Enter the date range
2. Optional. Enter an email address where you'd like to receive notifications when the report is available. A single email address can be entered.
3. Select the relevant **User Status** and/or **User Role** required in the report. Leave as **All** if you'd like a full list of the users.
4. Click **Submit**. View the report in the **My Reports** page.

**To schedule a recurring report:**

1. Toggle **Recurring** toggle to **Yes**.

2. Select a date for the first reporting period.

   **Note:** Reports display data occurring starting from the defined date. For example, a monthly report starting on March 1st displays data for the month of March up to March 31st.

3. Select the report's **Frequency**. Choose between Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly.

4. Optional. Enter an email address where you'd like to receive notifications when the report is available. A single email address can be entered.

5. Select the relevant **User Status** and/or **User Role** required in the report. Leave as **All** if you'd like a full list of the users.

6. Optional. If you want to receive the report uploaded to an SFTP Server, enable this option and provide the required details.

7. Click **Submit**. View the report in the **My Reports** page.

## Display Columns

**Note:** The report's display columns **order** is machine-generated and may therefore change without prior notice.

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| User ID | The username of the user. |
| Email | The email address of each user |
| Role | The Subscribe role assigned to the user. For more details about roles, see [Subscribe Portal User Roles](portalUserRoles). |
| Expiration | The expiration date of the user's password.**Note:** For merchants using external IDP authentication, a user may be active with an expired password, as the password field is not utilized. |
| Status | The user's status. Can be one of the following:- Active - Disabled - Locked - Expired - Expires Soon |
