# Retain Dashboards

Retain Dashboards provide crucial data and analytics of your failed Transactions and uncover insights how these failed Transactions were recovered and healed.

The Retain Dashboards provide you the power of **What** and let you dive deeper to also learn **Why**. This is actionable intelligence that empowers and steers you in your strategic business decisions.

View a short introductory video about the [Retain Dashboard](https://vimeo.com/744006680/90c7f72014).

By default, the Retain Dashboards display a 12 months period. You can easily configure the display period to focus on periods most important to you. Data is available for the last 2 years.

**Tip:** You cannot set the reporting period slider to show the last available date. Adjust the dates that you'd like to see with the slider.

Dashboard data is updated up to three days prior to current date and gets updated daily. The data is presented in US Dollars, based on daily currency conversions.

The following Dashboards are available from the Retain Analytics menu:

* [**Summary Dashboard**](dashboardRetainSummary) provides the high-level view of recovered revenue and lets you drill-down for more data in each of the relevant areas.

  It includes:

  * General Metrics such as Success Rates based on number of Transactions and Revenue, Total submissions, and Average Transaction value. By default, data is shown for the last 12 months but can be altered to show other periods.
  * Graphical views of the **Retain Success Rate** per month by Revenue and by number of captured Transactions. It serves as a summary for the Submission Analysis and Captured Analysis dashboards.
  * **Submitted Transactions Trend diagram** and **Captured Transaction Trend diagram** show the trends and breakdown of your submitted Transactions and recovered (captured) Transactions and how these fluctuated over time.
* [**Submission Analysis Dashboard**](dashboardRetainSubmission) provides more detailed info about your submitted Transactions and shows breakdown of info by submission response codes, currency, type of cards, processors and more.
* [**Captured Analysis Dashboard**](dashboardRetainCaptured) provides more detailed info about your captured Transactions providing analysis by different viewpoints such as currency, card types, divisions, and the submitted response types. A visual retry funnel also shows the success of the different retry periods.
* [**Chargeback Analysis Dashboard**](dashboardRetainChargebackAnalysis) provides more in-depth information about Transaction chargebacks, broken down by different metrics.
* [**Chargeback Reason**](dashboardRetainChargebackReason)displays a list of the Chargeback reason codes by categories. The list can be filtered by Credit card network and by reason type.
